Where is my user information and course progress stored.

Your user information and course progress are securely stored in our encrypted online database. This allows you to access your account and resume your courses from any device, picking up exactly where you left off.


Certificate of completion has a blank page.

If your certificate appears blank when printing, this may be due to security protocols that prevent unauthorized certificate reproduction.


I'm using cloud based isolated browser without browser cache storage.

If you are using a cloud-based isolated browser that does not support browser cache storage, some features of the Headstart2 programs may not function correctly. Please use a supported browser with cache storage enabled for the best experience.
